Our Policies

Win-Gap Nascar uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)  for your purchases.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

 We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.   We will  email you regarding an "invalid" or declined" credit card you have 48 hours to get back to us, or order will be cancelled. 

Checks or Money orders.  We will accept your order via e-mail or phone.  Please include all the information:  Item # Description,quanity,  name, shipping address.  We will confirm order via e-mail with total due.  Please make check or MO out to "Win-Gap Nascar."  Once we receive check or MO we will ship merchandise as soon as cleared by bank.  If we do not receive check with-in 7 days from receipt of order we will cancel order.

Shipping:  Most orders ship with-in 24 hours. Rates are by purchase amount. 

Out of Stock Items:  If any items are not  in-stock we will notifiy you with and approx. ship date.  If you decide you want to cancel your order you will have 24 hrs. to contact us, otherwise we will ship item once in stock., 

Special orders:  We will order your item immediately and let you know of the approx. ship date.  You can not cancel once you place your order, your account will be charged 30% of total purchase up front.  Once we receive merchandise, you will be notified via e-mail when we ship and balance of monies due will be charged to your account.  If you are paying by check or MO. you must pay in full, and items will not be ordered until check or MO cleared by bank.

Returns:  We do not accept returns.

Pre-Orders:  You can not cancel a pre-order, this is intended to reserve quantities of new, but still unreceived collectibles.  Items may vary from inital description, we are not responsible if the manufacturer changes the production number, design, or packaging, we also reserve the right to limit, cancel or allocate preorders.  Pre-orders will be charged to account when shipped.

Damaged Merchandise:  We make sure that every item is checked before it leaves our store.  Please contact us with-in 24 hrs of receiving damaged merchandise.
